In this module we will look at the case for a fundraising strategy, and also the application and review of an active funding strategy process.
We will consider some of the logical systems for planning in small and medium-sized organisations, and look at the practical application of them.
Last but not least the session will explore some of the fundraising strategy evidence that might be expected from your organisation by funding bodies, local and/or regulatory bodies.
This session has been specifically developed with small community and voluntary organisations in mind.
